The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points.
The rooftop bar is relaxed and atmospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself.
Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. Vikesh and Michael where the two managers and upgraded our rooms because we had a small problem with our original room. the wait staff where amazing Raj,Shanish and Minesh kept me well hydrated. Ryan and Lenado where our fantastic waitors. They have a brilliant chef Adhil that served 5 star and Michelin quality food. i would recommend this hotel to any travllers. it is a short distance from Grand Baie central that you can catch a taxi or take a walk too. the nicer beaches are also a short drive away.there are a few average beaches within walking distance

Даже несмотря на то, что отель маленький, его уютная атмосфера и расположение рядом с пляжем очаровали нас с первого взгляда. Персонал отеля настолько гостеприимный, что создается ощущение, будто ты находишься как дома. Они всегда были рады помочь и оперативно решить любые вопросы. Нас приятно удивило, что когда у нас возникла проблема со шторкой в ванной, мастер пришел в течение 5 минут и быстро все починил. Завтраки в отеле были просто восхитительными! Разнообразие блюд позволяло нам каждый день открывать для себя что-то новое и вкусное. Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать менеджерам отеля и всему персоналу. Благодаря их стараниям и заботе, наш отдых стал незабываемым. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем всем друзьям рекомендовать этот отель для отдыха!

I wish I could give 6 stars !! Hotel is probably the best we have stayed in for hospitality. Micheal and his team could not do enough for us throughout our stay. The attentiveness of all the staff is truly humbling. The more experienced staff teach the younger staff in a consistent way of ensuring all guests are specially looked after, I truly felt really spoiled and valued. The food was absolutely delicious and the surroundings/views were fantastic. The rooms are kept immaculate and housekeeping call twice daily. We visited the spa at the hotel and had a massage which was wonderful. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special day. I must also mention this speciality restaurant Manzo where a chef cooked our food in front of us!! A special thank you to the food and beverage team, Manich, Nitish , Jean Francois, Ann Laure, Deepak, Soorag and the many others who served us. If I return, I will definitely be booking this hotel 100% 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean V Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with beautiful ocean views. The best part was the surprise birthday cake from the team food & beverage team at the rooftop restaurant. It was amazing and made our day super duper special. Will definitely come back. Big Thanks to the whole Ocean V team!

Very good hotel. Very friendly staff everywhere! Navin and Medha made us the stay unforgettable. Hotel is very clean. Roms are cleaned perfectly The swimming pool is amazing. Two superb restaurants. Very near to Peyrebere beach! Excellent stay! Will come back!

Very nice Hotel and Crew! The rooms are nice, and clean, and big with air condition Nice restaurant and Sport room Big Place for parking the Cars. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choises. Plaj is not far, around two minutes to go with foot..

The employees are very friendly and, in addition to greeting you with delicious juice, they always greet you with a big smile on their faces. The food tastes good and the rooms are very clean. The pool is also very nice and you have a beautiful view of the sea from the entire terrace (during breakfast, swimming, at the bar or even at lunch/dinner
