We never got to the hotel because I had a bad fall on the morning we were due to travel and so we had to cancel the trip. I was very disappointed not to be able to travel but hopefully I will get there another time.

Beautiful setting and lots to do
Our family had a lovely one night stay. Big clean room for all four of us, kids loved the pool and adults the spa. Enjoyed a great meal too. Setting is stunning.

Air conditioning was poor. Pool closes at 7pm which was inconvenient. Staff poor a clarifying things such as towels and needing bathing caps.

Difficult to rate as it was super quiet, between ski season and summer. High elevation means cold variavle weather. It's a big old Hotel which is probably a bit past It's best / old fashioned but perfectly comfortable. The staff we met were excellent, we attived like drowned rats, having been caught in a storm whilst cycling. Receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, nice dry garage for bikes early access to room. For dinner we were only two there, and for breakfast, again receptionist sorted out kitchen and our personal waiter was great. Despite language limitations all was good, better thsn a few nights previously at another supposedly higher class Hotel.

Cucina buonissima, sempre variegata e varia, piatti diversificati e buonissimi! Lo Staff è gentile sempre disponibile e a disposizione sempre cordiale. Il metr Francesco è una persona squisita, che si adatta a qualsiasi situazione. Sono davvero tutti eccezionali! Grazie ragazzi

Esperienza magnifica. Il lato ristorazione è di una qualità incredibile: ogni professionista del settore ha svolto un lavoro eccezionale, piatti buonissimi, dagli antipasti al dolce. Tutti simpaticissimi, cordiali, gentili e professionali.

Tutto oltre ogni aspettativa: accoglienza, camere, pulizia delle stanze, cibo, personale di sala e posizione rispetto agli impianti (navetta dell'albergo ogni 5 minuti). Un grazie particolare ai camerieri Mario e Fedele che ci hanno accontentato ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Soggiorno perfetto all'Hotel 5 Miglia, reso ancora più piacevole dall'accoglienza ricevuta al ristorante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gianluigi che lavora in sala: professionale, attento a ogni dettaglio e capace di far sentire l'ospite coccolato dal primo all'ultimo momento. È raro trovare una dedizione così autentica al proprio lavoro. Grazie Gianluigi, torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel in una posizione strategica per quanto riguarda le piste di monte Pratello, a 2 minuti di macchina. Tutti molto cordiali, stanze pulite in buono stato. Se volete accedere alla spa conviene prenotare gia in fase di prenotazione altrimenti non c'è disponibilità. Una pecca: il ristorante. Non si mangia bene e il personale è poco cordiale. Siamo stati 3 notti e 4 giorni e ogni giorno cambiavano tavolo senza avvisare con posti mancanti e si arrabbiavano quando sbagliavamo tavolo che il giorno prima era stato il nostro!
