Nice hotel with excellent service. Located in the city center, if you are by car, there may not be enough parking space: the hotel parking is limited, the alley around is narrow. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, they look modern. There is a Georgian restaurant on the ground floor. The food is delicious. Breakfast is ordinary European. I can safely recommend a hotel for travelers.

The hotel is in the center. Location very good. The room is very clean. Receptionists are very friendly. Also nice breakfast.

Отличный бюджетный (3,4 звезды) отель. Все необходимое в отеле присутствует. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Новая сеть отелей в Украине. Видно, что стараются внедрять европейские стандарты обслуживания и их придерживаться. Все чисто, уютно, современно. Рекомендую всем. Единственная мелочь, я бы рекомендовал в ванной к жидкому мылу добавить обычное мыло, шампунь, ср-во для умывания.

Хорошо, когда Отель расположен в центре. Приятно, когда дизайн не раздражает. Чудесно, когда завтрак в уютном ресторане. Но главное, это как вас встречают. Дарья и Ольга. Такие внимательные и доброжелательные, такие понимающие и ненавязчиво учтивые, что поневоле думаешь, что звёзды отелю надо бы добавить за профессионализм персонала. Будете в Ровно, непременно остановитесь в "Оптиме" и сами убедитесь в этом.

Номер на втором этаже ,окна выходят на центральный вход. В номере чисто. Каждый день водичка на столе питьевая. ,очень вкусная. В номере тихо, отдыхать приятно. Даже при открытом окне тихо .т.к отель в парковой зоне. Рано Утром слышно как поют птицы. Для командировки отличный вариант по цене/качеству. Персонал вежливый, приветливый, гостеприимный. Рекомендую.
