It definitely exceeded my expectations, this hotel is amazing I couldn’t find a flaw. From the staff to the rooms, it’s not just a regular stay, it’s an experience. I love it and will come back for sure

Overall good, but breakfast quality could be better. Rooms are renovated - that was nice. The food quality via room service could be higher, but overall it was alright and orders were delivered pretty fast. Staff is polite and accommodating. Definitely not the fault of the hotel - but the traffic in that area was terrible in the evenings. If next time I choose another hotel, that would be just because of the traffic situation. Sheraton was great!

Breakfast is very good, the location is very good, in the city center, next to the park, the National Library is next to the hotel, more than ten days of business trip, all around the library, easy to travel

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff are excellent and always friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and the bed was soft and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are also first-rate, with the swimming pool and gymnasium equipped with modern equipment, providing ideal places to relax and exercise. The breakfast options are rich and varied, and you can taste fresh and delicious food every day. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with many attractions and restaurants nearby, and transportation is also very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at XX Hotel and I highly recommend it to travelers looking for luxury accommodation and excellent service. I look forward to staying at this excellent hotel again.

Really old and dirty rooms. I ended up in one with closed windows. So I spent 300 US / night to have a room with stained carpet making me feel like in a prison. The reception is also dated making the full stay not pleasant - this hotel is just to sleep. I ended up here by mistake as I wanted to go in the Radisson in DQ and I’ll never put my feet again here

It was an awesome experience to have a great dinner at braira ..the ambience is elegant ..the place looks clean and tidy . The food was awesome and the best part was Mr.Jomari has organized and cooperated very well thought out the dinner and all the waiters are friendly and very jovial.. A definitely worth visit again

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly very good, the room is also large, and it is convenient to watch Ronaldo. However, there were some minor incidents. I felt there was a slight problem with the hotel having rooms outside the hotel. I just started planning to book a luxury room at noon, but in the afternoon I saw that all the rooms were taken off the shelves and they were all suites. Finally, I booked a suite. When I checked in, I saw all the single-priced rooms. After it was released, I paid more than 3,000 to book a suite. I don't know if the air environment in the other room was dry or something, but my nose felt uncomfortable.

Really good iftar and the team is perfect, Good quality is good Service and staff working there was good Reception greated me very well And they all smile when trying to serve you Alao I tried to call them to make a reservation they were great

After a terrible experience at another nearby hotel, we were fortunate to find this gem! If you're seeking luxury, excellent service, and English-speaking staff, this is the place to be. The hotel is exceptionally clean, boasts a perfect location, and offers great restaurant options. The gym and spa facilities are fantastic. While room service was a bit slow late at night, it didn't overshadow the overall greatness of our stay. If you're looking for a fantastic experience and top-notch service, this is the place to go!

The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.
