service was terrible! The hotel forgot to remind me to check out. They even forced me to pay for an extra night. This is tantamount to making a customer pay for the hotel's own mistake!
垃圾！忙起来 忘记退房了，酒店也没有起到提醒的义务，问前台就说太忙忘记了，还强迫客人多付一晚的费用，让人给他们的失误买单！规避解决问题的态度真让人恶心！

The good:
1. The room looks clean, and attitude of staff was okay.
2. Location wise is good with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.
The bad:
1. Booked a room with windows but there is no window or rather it was a ventilation window.
2. Room card doesnt work every day and I had to get the receptionist to renew the room card every day.
3. WiFi is very unstable and slow.
4. Sound proofing is bad, I could literally hear kids shouting in the room at 2-3am.
5. Breakfast is just okay, don’t expect too much.

Then only reason I stayed at this hotel twice is because of the surroundings. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets just right infront of the hotel.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing.
