Tired hotel. The rooms are dirty. The furniture is well-worn. I was given a room on the first floor, where a small window faced the wall. Result: darkness all day long. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is very spacious, but a bit old. There is no USB charging port, which is a bit inconvenient. The service attitude was very good. After negotiation, the check-out time was postponed to 3 pm.

I have personally experienced that a room worth more than 1,000 yuan is really inferior to Seven Days Inn and Home Inn in second-tier cities in China. I will never stay here again

- The food need really big improvement, and adding some new variety. - The rooms need more lighting. - Loud noise coming from the refrigerator. - Rooms need some windows. + Staff are friendly and helpful

I will back again to this property if I were in Riyadh especially for business activities, as indicated above, the location is in the heart of the business district of Riyadh where easy to transfer from on place to another in few minutes. The locations serves Uroba, Olaya, Takhassusi.
