Complain about this hotel. They knocked on our door at 12:40 last night and called us to verify if we were married. However, our passports were registered when we checked in at 9pm. They also asked us if we were married and confirmed that we had shown them our passports and Ctrip order. They had a smirk on their faces. Why did they knock on our door and call us at 12:40 in the middle of the night? Their English is not good, I can't understand or explain clearly. We told them that we were asleep and we would talk tomorrow. They kept knocking on the door until we got dressed and opened the door to show him our passports and Ctrip order. I scolded them a few times before they left. The whole hotel felt like a black shop, a family hotel, very shabby, the door was not locked, we could only use the suitcase to block it, and there was not even a towel in the room. The facilities of this hotel are as bad as they can be There is a big exhibition in Riyadh this week, and the hotel is basically full, so we have to book this cheap and very bad hotel, which makes us so scared that we can't sleep at all. I hope Ctrip can do a good job of evaluating foreign hotels and not recommend bad hotels that cannot serve foreign customers to us. Today we just checked into another new four-star hotel, and we didn't need to provide a marriage certificate at all, and we didn't even accept it when we offered it. Hotels should still be selected better, especially in less developed countries
