Horrible place, dirty and old, broken furniture and dirty carpets, shower with broken tales and water leaking. The owner didn’t recognize our booking and wanted to send us out! It was a prepaid booking. We said that police was called, so he gave us one double room instead of 2 rooms: we had to accept because was late and we were tired, but he wasn’t honest at all. Never again

Very bad Internet while u can't work from your room compared to the price. I have 30 min with lucked room cuase of the Lucker and the reception asking me to find a solution . I used screwdriver to break the Lucker and set free . Need to be in the reception to get good Internet to chat not for YouTube.

In a city renowned for high cost accomodation, this hotel represents terrible value. The room design is "industrial prison" style, with NO room cleaning over 3 days, NO replenishment of consumables and NO hot water. A disgraceful rip-off

Stayed here for 3 days. Clean hotel, good area. Staff are OK but in general lack customer facing skills. When you dial for room service, nobody ever answers the phone. We you go to the desk and ask them to send something to the room, they forget. The buffet is way below average. Not enough variety and very small selection. I won't be staying here again.

Do not stay in this hotel even if it is free. For my part, I will not live in this hotel even if they pay me money to stay in it!! The bad things here are countless. Almost everything in the room is ruined, the telephone, the room key, the air conditioner, the heater, the heater. The pipe burst and my little son is running hot!! In maintenance, they replaced the heater and put in a second one, and when we went back to running the hot water, it suddenly turned off and we were frozen with the cold water. My son came out of the bathroom shivering!! He was about to get sick, and when the maintenance worker came, he was angry and said that the heater setting was normal, that it was getting cold and hot all of a sudden!! He was upset because we apparently distracted him with the ruins of the room!! I have to go down and out a million times a day to talk to the reception about problems, damage, and malfunctions because the phone is ruined!! The problem is that employees will listen to you, but in the end they will rarely solve the problem!! They will wait for you to accept and be convinced of what exists. Even the bedroom air conditioner was broken, and every time the worker came, he changed the remote a little and left without fixing anything!! Last night, they offered us to change the room as a better solution, but I refused because I was afraid that I would go to a second room and it would cause more ruins!! I said we would finish it well until the morning, and then we would go out and come back with repentance. The restaurant and breakfast are very bad, may God bless the blessing. The food is cold and not varied, and the employees work without any effort. This means that if you accept it, you are sitting at a dirty table with leftover food and unclean spoons around you. You may like this hotel’s breakfast!! The bed sheets and covers were all old and freckled and made us feel itchy and allergic. The pads are missing!! When we informed them that we were holding two people and 3 children, they brought us extra face towels!! Some of the employees are nice, but most of them are not. Even if they serve you something, they will do it while upset and out of breath. The corridors are dirty and dirty and are not cleaned. The phone is ruined!! I mean, all these problems, and one has to go and come to the reception more than 10 times to talk to them!! If I had come here alone, I would have left on the same night, but the problem is that I came with my family and children and was holding a long line, and I wouldn’t have bothered them by leaving and looking for another hotel. The only positive thing is that the hotel's location is excellent and it is close to the events in Riyadh. I usually don't prefer to write negative things, but because our hotel system is developing, and because people are coming to beware, this is the logical reason for writing reviews for staying in a hotel. Yes, most of the hotels in Riyadh are currently expensive during the Riyadh season, but this does not justify the fact that the hotel charges a very, very high price for a room of this standard and very bad service. Don’t stay at this hotel even if the hotel pays you to stay, or even if they allow you to stay for free.
