I have very bad experience with them as below: Car parking is small and smell very bad Room service : I request 2 times to clean my room with no respond Room floor is not clean It is really shame and I don't recommend it for any one coming to Riyadh

The hotel needs to improve its services in multiple areas. High gin is poor towels are dirty.. buffet of the breakfast bad . The ceiling is leaking and the house keeps the dirty towels in the chairs what really shock me and I couldn’t tolerate that they reunited our stay

The hotel is very, very bad in terms of services. The hotel took money from me for 7 days, and I only stayed for two days. Until now, they are avoiding paying my remaining money. Every day I go by, I ask about my remaining money, and they refuse to give me the money and delay me. I don't recommend it at all.

I don’t know what people assess when they stay in this hotel, but it’s definitely not worth the money or the stars. The staff is completely incompetent , the building is a 2 stars willing to be a cool 4 stars rating: elevator are slow, curtains are useless, and restaurant workers just are not capable of taking orders. Window shades are useless, making it impossible to sleep after 6am. Terrible experience. It’s not a good hotel for the price
