Old need renovation.
The cards of the hotel won't work anytime. Every time I go to the 4th floor to the room, then the card won't work, so I need to recharge it again at front desk.
Stuffs not very friendly.

The hotel is a bit old BUT I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The hotel staff at front desk are all excellent. I had some issues with my booking upon arrival that definitely took some work for them to resolve and they were able to get it done. I did not use the amenities but had a good sleep!

Just amazing, wonderful people working at the Golden Tulip Al Nasiriah. Reception, coffee shop, cleaners, the managers - all so helpful, welcoming - nothing was too much trouble - they made our stay in Saudi so special. Would stay there again - no hesitation

The service is amazing. The staff is always smiling. They have serve breakfast however it is limited. If you will stay long it may be a challenge. When ever you ask any service it does not take more than 10 min. Special thanks to Bellboy Jahnger, he gave me a feeling that they have private butler service. I hope the may do maintenance soon for their rooms.

The hotel is not the most luxurious in town, but it is very comfortable for the price paid. The staff work hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay. It is close to downtown but transportation is required to reach popular destinations.

Nice gym. But other systems in the hotel are tired - key card didn't work twice, breakfast staff couldn't see that my booking included breakfast, wifi not stable. But otherwise comfortable and convenient.
