Don’t like this hotel at all. It’s like a 3 star hotel. My first and last here. Everything about this hotel is smell old and dirty. The areas also full with Bangladeshi, Indian or similars. Only the breakfast is great !

Overall pretty good, good value for money

The older hotel is quite enthusiastic, but the efficiency is a bit out of adjus**ent. I ordered a room service at night and scanned the QR code to order the meal for more than an hour. I didn’t come after I called and found that I didn’t pay attention to the online order because it was late. I said Then I canceled the order and thought about going to bed. Half an hour later, the service staff knocked on the door and took a fruit plate and two glasses of juice. It seems to be an apology. Thank you very much for their sincerity, but I can't understand their logic. Maybe it's a cultural difference. Knock It's almost eleven o'clock at the door, and it's not a good experience.

The hotel was awesome. The staff were very cordial and caring. The food was tasty in the restaurant. Shahin Robi was great and took care of my room pretty much everyday! Highly recommend it for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Riyadh at a reasonable price!

Hotel location is far from Riyadh attractions and not much things to do in walking distance. However you will find close by supermarket and couple of fast food options. Rooms was very nice as well as executive lounge. Hotel lobby,pool and gym needs renovations as it is very old. In general hotel is okay but overpriced!

This is a good business hotel in Ryiadh, driving distance from most top locations. There is nothing fancy about it but everything works well and the staff is very polite. Breakfast was decent. There is also a Starbucks located on the ground floor for convenience. Rooms are spacious, quiet at night. I would recommend it.

I went all the way from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. Being in crowne plaza made my trip easier. Everything we needed were there. شكرا كراون بلازا على الاقامه الممتازه. كل شي كان على اتم وجهه بالذات الموظفين السعوديين.
