體驗非常差。 1000多的房價，也就是國內三星賓館。
我訂了兩間豪華套房，下午6點到酒店，前台先是説找不到預訂，後來又説沒有房間。 磨蹭半天，安排了一間套房，一間普通房。
套房雖然有個大客廳，實際很簡陋。
早餐也很差，品種少，還有衹蒼蠅在飛。

I recently stayed at Hayah al riyadh Hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast, while basic, was sufficient for me. However, I found the gym to be lacking in equipment and in need of maintenance, especially the machines.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and peaceful, clean stay. No complaints whatsoever. The hotel owner is extremely polite, clearly wants his guests to have an enjoyable stay and the pool was lovely. Facilities were included in our price and there was no hidden charges.

Room is clean and comfortable and the staff is kindly and helpful specially Mr.Alaa who come to this branch from Aldabab branch . Swimming pool is nice and suitable for kids Steam and sauna room is good Breakfast is good Only Wi-Fi is slow Location is good ………………………….

1)Terrible. Reception ignores all the calls. We couldn’t don’t the place and spend in the taxi one hour looking for the right location - Hayat Alriyadh didn’t respond the calls. 2) People working at the reception in general are ignorant - don’t say “hello” at all. When we asked in person why they don’t pick up the phone, they didn’t even say sorry or propose a solution ho to contact them next time. 3)There is a terrible tobacco smell in the room coming through ventilation. 4)No drinking water in the room. 5) Disgusting poor breakfast. 6) No toilet paper 7) before writing this review I wrote email to administration - total ignore. Please avoid staying at this hotel if you don’t want to waste your money

Never expected a worse hotel stay than the one that I had at your hotel, no hot water, broken shower, fridge out of service, worse breakfast ever and customer service, starting with your receptionists.................................
