Because of the room rate problem, Ctrip did not communicate well with this hotel, and the coordination was many times in the middle. Booking this hotel in China, Ctrip has a discount. I feel that this hotel is suspected of maliciously avoiding the offer and insists on paying at the hotel again at their price. Everyone staying at this hotel has to figure out the payment problem.

The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.

me and family stayed at apollo dimora business hotel almost a week the welcome drink and face towels very attractive up on our check in the staff at this hotel very polite and helpful where ever you go in this hotel the staffs welcoming you with smile also the swimming pool here very comfortable and nice water really me and my family enjoyed

Advantage: - the payment is cheaper -the location is good in terms of travelling in the city -the parking safety is good -the staffs are friendly Disadvantage: -the given address in Google is wrong (we had experienced it using GPS) -the room is not cleaned, the table and a/c is dusty, the bathroom is still with stool (not yet flushed) -the parking is hard to find

Considering some of the reviews on here saying this hotel is dirty, I'll personally tell you that some of the higher-end ”luxury” hotels in Riyadh are also no different. You get what you pay for. 100 GPB for two nights in a massive junior suite really isn't that bad. You get a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean water in the bathroom. So the hotel is old, dated and the area is dirty. You're in Riyadh. There is trash everywhere in Riyadh. Yes, the hotel is in a dirty area, but they are in the process of redeveloping this area of Riyadh. Things will change for the better I think. Either way, it's not a bad hotel at all. It's not perfect, but if you complain about the little things, then go spend three times as much in a much ”nicer” hotel, and I guarantee you'll find things to complain about there as well. By the way, parking IS available, behind the hotel in a separate lot for 60 riyals per day.

Older hotels are quite enthusiastic, but the efficiency is a bit untuned. I ordered a room service scanned QR code to order food for more than an hour. I didn’t come. Later, I called and found that I didn’t pay attention to the online order because it was late. I said that I canceled the order and then I thought about it. After sleeping, the result was half an hour later, the service staff knocked on the door and took a fruit plate and two glasses of juice. It seemed to be a apology. Thank you very much for their sincerity, but I can't understand their logic. It may be cultural differences. Knock on the door will be almost eleven o'clock. I can't sleep. A little sneer Not a particularly good stay experience
