Low value for money. The room was very small. The exhaust fan was very loud and made me dizzy. There was no switch. I asked the staff to deal with it the next day. They put up a ladder and blocked the air vent with toilet paper. The desk lamp was also broken. Good breakfast

Really old and dirty rooms. I ended up in one with closed windows. So I spent 300 US / night to have a room with stained carpet making me feel like in a prison. The reception is also dated making the full stay not pleasant - this hotel is just to sleep. I ended up here by mistake as I wanted to go in the Radisson in DQ and I’ll never put my feet again here

At checking in the service and kindness of staff was impeccable . The rooms are clean, hence the two stars. But even in the 6th floor they remain noisy, due to bad location - traffic wise, and they are outdated without enough daylight. Furthermore, due to early leaving in urgency (medical reasons) my stay was shortened with 1 day. The hotel granted me a refund which was perfect (again good service.) But now, a month later, I am still waiting for it… This hotel takes down the Marriott standards. Rooms: Outdated, dark, prison like as many described, but clean! Horeca: Great restaurants! Good service in restaurants. Additional details: office services and finalizations of business matters are poor and below any standards I ever experienced. If you are in the unlikely situation of needing extra assistance and get into an unfortunate position to receive additional help, in this case a refund for one day which was granted, you cannot count on thus Marriott. .

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms you could live in easily 365 days a year in absolute luxury. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is excellent. The gym albeit a little small for a hotel of the size is sufficient and the indoor pool lovely. Good location too. However, they lose a star as the hotel staff at front desk and concierge just didn't care. There was no smile on arrival or even any care that you had arrived. They all seemed very unhappy and demotivated. Even the team at breakfast weren't any better. There were three of us travelling on business, so three rooms, and at 5pm none of the rooms were ready, which seemed a little strange, so we went away for a few hours and came back.

The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.

There is no parking lot, the hotel is very cost-effective, and the room card is very easy to invalidate. You can’t swipe it when you come back. You need to go to the front desk to recharge the card. The card is not easy to open.

The hotel has seen better days and the room was in need of renovation. Stains on the walls, sticky furniture and closet, broken panels, broken safety deposit box, moldy and dirty bathroom tiles. Sound insulation was bad. I woke up several times a night because of noises from nearby rooms and the hallway. Unfortunately the room was facing the back and their was not much daylight and no views. Furthermore, an additional 5% „Riyad Season Tax“ was added to the final amount stated in my Booking.com reservation, even though it already mentioned „final price incl. tax“. In all fairness, the bed was comfortable and the linen were clean. Internet was available at reasonable speed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and staff was very friendly.

The hotel needs some, well, a lot of updating. The air-conditioning works great, it gets really cold, but it also makes a lot of noise, almost a vacuum cleaner. There is not a lot of water pressure and the thermostat in the shower is either on or off. Housekeeping cleans the bathroom in less than 90 seconds, overall it takes 2 minutes, it is not really dirty, but also not very clean. Breakfast is good, although the coffee machine was broken (probably permanently), so only instant freeze-dry coffee available. Wi-fi is not bad, but a lot slower than other hotels in Riyadh. For the money it is close to ok, but I recommend to stay a bit closer to downtown, this hotel is quite far from a decent supermarket or any restaurants. A good thing: the windows do open, so there the opportunity to at least get some fresh oxygen in.

Older hotels are quite enthusiastic, but the efficiency is a bit untuned. I ordered a room service scanned QR code to order food for more than an hour. I didn’t come. Later, I called and found that I didn’t pay attention to the online order because it was late. I said that I canceled the order and then I thought about it. After sleeping, the result was half an hour later, the service staff knocked on the door and took a fruit plate and two glasses of juice. It seemed to be a apology. Thank you very much for their sincerity, but I can't understand their logic. It may be cultural differences. Knock on the door will be almost eleven o'clock. I can't sleep. A little sneer Not a particularly good stay experience
