Worst hotel ive stayed in. No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff

A very nice hotel with spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived earlier, but got to the rooms as soon as they were cleaned. Good breakfast with a nice seaview. The rooms are cleaned every day. Perfect location. Really recommend it.

I was in a terrible hotel (Erdem Pansiyon) that was disgustingly dirty and had to move out as soon as I arrived late at night. Even though it was almost 2 a.m., Şimal Hotel allowed me to book a room at the last minute and it was incredible. Extremely clean and cleaned every day, great shower and overall nice room, air conditioning and courteous staff. There were no problems and I highly recommend it! Even though it was a little out of my low budget price range, it was worth it and still cheaper than other hotels. They even let me leave my backpack at the reception for a few hours after checking out. I am very grateful to the hotel for helping me get out of a bad situation and for the high quality accommodation. If you are coming to Rize you should stay here! :)
