MUMIAN RiZhao Hotel Reviews

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

The hotel is located next to the Mixc and is very convenient. It is not far from anywhere. It is equipped with an underground parking lot that can directly reach the hotel room. The girls at the front desk are very responsive and the service is very good. They helped us send children's slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast category is very rich and fresh. The breakfast platform guy saw that we brought children and upgraded two children's breakfasts for free. It was very considerate. Facilities: Very complete. Children's slippers and toothbrushes are provided. There are children's toys in the room. Hygiene: Clean and beautiful, the air is fresh, and the aromatherapy in the lobby smells good. Environment: A very new hotel with a sense of design. Service: Very considerate, welcome fruit and Tremella soup are provided when checking in. When leaving the hotel, the front desk lady also thoughtfully prepared water for us to drink on the way.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the check-out experience at Kapok Hotel Rizhao, especially the serious lack of service attitude and professionalism of the front desk staff. As the face of the hotel, the service level of the front desk directly affects the customer's check-in experience, and this experience was disappointing. The staff's proactive request for good reviews and asking for personal names to be added was extremely unprofessional, which not only did not comply with industry norms, but also damaged the reputation of the hotel. As a consumer, you should not be asked to give special treatment or extra attention when booking and paying for accommodation through formal channels. I hope that the hotel management can pay attention to this issue, strengthen employee training, and improve service quality to maintain the overall image of the hotel and customer satisfaction.

I only planned to stay for one day, but something delayed my check-out and I came back. I wanted to stay in the room from the day before, but it was sold out. However, the front desk staff took me to see several rooms and helped me choose a satisfactory one. The front desk service was very good. The tea was served to me on the first day, but it was not very tasty. On the second day, another staff member saw me and gave me another cup. I was very grateful and wanted to refuse. However, I personally think it would be better to put a few more bottles of mineral water in the room to save me from calling for it and save money on paper cups. The room was very comfortable and I ate a lot of delicious food around. I will stay here again next time.

In the beautiful and comfortable room, but the toilet is a little dirty, but it doesn't matter, I slept and left quietly again, just as I came quietly.
