Service was great as usual. The front desk was awesome once again. A great location and a very nice facility.

The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there. Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

The environment is very good, the sanitation is also very clean, the location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, the service attitude of the female customer service at the front desk is very good, she is very patient and very enthusiastic, she will come to the front desk next time

酒店設施很新，很乾凈，停車場就在門口也很方便。前台小姐姐免費給升級了房間，發票也及時提供。總體感覺很好，適合家人親子旅遊居住。

和女朋友一起去日照玩，選了半天酒店，最後選了這家。維也納確實不錯，新裝修感覺非常乾淨整潔，環境很舒適的感覺。房間裏説不上非常豪華，但是非常的整潔大方，空間很，nice。 早餐在酒店吃了兩天，中規中矩吧，沒有太大的驚喜。酒店人員服務都很熱情，衹要見面了都會打招呼，也不會過度服務讓人不適。

房間環境不錯，轉椅很舒服，坐在上面蹺着腿感覺很好，床的軟硬很合適，很不錯的體驗。前台小姐姐很熱情，幫我升級了房間！

首先，這個酒店是我最不滿意的酒店，去店裡我是會員卡，因為衹有會員卡會免費送自助餐，但是前台告訴我，我的會員卡不能用，必須買他們89元的金卡，告訴我，如果買了金卡，還能免費升級房間，如果不買，即使是會員，也享受不了早餐和升級。最後強迫好評，並且加我微信，讓我好評完截圖，我覺得應該實事求是的評價，總體感覺特別不好

正如酒店位置宣傳圖所繪，雖不是中心地帶，但到景點和站點坐車都是很方便，用時也不長！感受到的還是維也納品牌一貫舒適乾淨、温馨浪漫的氛圍！日照雖然不是頂流海濱城市，但也獨具特色，作為城市品牌宣介的酒店，還要在與城市發展融合深度上下功夫！自動的窗簾和坐便很方便，但也要照顧差別需求和情況，大廳裏的書架比較形式化還需內涵，有很多公交車是路過日照站，但這個火車老站並未開放，異地出行還是要去西站，這個酒店應該關注並提醒
