絕，雙床標間，牀頭櫃邊上居然找不到插座，四百多一晚的房間甚至不能躺床上邊充電邊玩手機

酒店有些年頭了，所以先拋開硬件設施，來談談服務。
1、我們是自駕的，因為路上堵車，到的比較晚，我提前聯繫了酒店，對方告知是地面停車場，到了才知道，這個停車場是和整個世帆賽基地共用的，非常難停，車位也比較有限。
2、前台非常不專業，我訂的大床房，給我的是雙床房，一點也沒因為自己的失誤而抱歉；大半夜服務員來換床，走的時候居然是摔門而出，布草已經被另一位男士服務員抱走了，請問這位女性服務員，就不能輕輕的把門關上嗎？
3、我跟前台溝通，表示儘量給我們安靜的，無煙的，結果他告訴我，因為我沒有提前告知，衹能隨意給我一間，好了，這間房正對着電梯口也就算了，某個帆船訓練班的孩子也住在我們這間房兩邊，不分早晚的吵，問了客房的工作人員，表示他們也沒有辦法；
4、全程工作人員都不認為自己的工作有問題，感覺這個所謂的四星級酒店服務，連亞朵這種快捷酒店都不如，如果是亞朵，至少會提一句幫我們換房間之類的話吧；
5、最後來説早餐，我們9:10左右去的，早餐已經所剩無幾了，很多食品都是冷的，下面的加温器形同虛設，饅頭餛飩也都是預製品，家裡小朋友説，比學校的盒飯還要難吃；自助餐還沒結束，一些工作人員就急吼吼的來拿吃的，廚房的工作人員也急吼吼的換成午餐的佈置；
總結，這個地方實在是物非所值，如果硬件差，就應該在服務或者餐食方面下功夫，然而給我的感覺是整個企業文化對於服務是沒有概念的。
