The maid clearly didn't clean the room. Hair and crumbs all over the place. Previous guest had the runs and it was all over the toilet. Hair on shower wall and dirt in the soap holder. I was very disappointed with Quality Inn this time.

This place is UNSAFE AND DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY ***** OR GET ROBBED AND POSSIBLY HURT . SUPER UNSAFE!!!WE LEFT WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF CHECKING IN!

The room door has a gap for wind to get through. The TV is an old Flat screen and the original remote replaced with one to not add an HDMI streaming stick. We also ended up with a smoking room that still had cigarette odour.

Awesome place! Conveniently located minutes off of I-95. Ample free parking. Clean, spacious room. Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Complimentary coffee & hot breakfast. There seemed to be a lot to do in the area as well as a lot of food options. There was also a nice looking out door pool that unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy. We would definitely go back to this location.

Room was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed, multiple burn holes in the couch, blanket, and floor. A light fixture and light switch did not work. Cabinet in bathroom area was broken (looked like it had been kicked) and sink was leaking. Couch was dirty - like caked on grime on the arms. Multiple people loitering outside drinking and smoking until late at night. When we left there was a smashed beer bottle next to our car.

The front desk receptionist, although very nice, took someone who walked in after me first. It took me over 25 minutes to check into my already booked room. When I got to my room it was dirty. Stains on the couch very dirty shower, bed was clean. The door is an external door, and it did not feel very sturdy. The people around me were very loud. the room did not smell clean. Space outside my door had a lot of cigarette butts. The entire building seem very rundown.
