This was our 2nd visit here & we are so glad we came back again!! The previous exceptional customer service brought us back to their hotel. From the agents at the front desk Ebony and Denise to the manager Samantha. We would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those travelers who have a service animal. The rooms are clean always, the beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing! The included breakfast is an added plus and the breakfast room was exceptionally clean as well! The parking lot is well lit and has security doors to enter. When traveling I would definitely make this Country Inn & Suites the place to rest your head!

This was u doubtly the WORST hotel stay I have ever had in my life. 1st of all, I arrived a little early, maybe 45 min. No rooms were available whatsoever.... secondly, I was told I couldn't check in before 4 PM And the website clearly said 3 PM... Next I was double billed for my stay, Trip.com billed me but because the payment didn't show in the hotels system, the hotel billed me. I, then had to call the booking company to get it straightened out because the hotel wouldn't be bothered with it. (Took an hour to fix). I finally get to the room, it has no chair in it. Unacceptable... the floors were made of a material that caused condensation if the AC was turned on... and the room had a musty odor emanating from within...

While I hate to be negative, I think this hotel was the worst I’ve ever been in. From the disgusting sticky floors to the leaking toilet seal to the dirty towels and sheets to the foul smell and cockroaches, I was amazed they had the audacity to charge over $200 per room even after the AAA and Military discounts. It was beyond terrible, a new low for me. I gave it one star because zero is not an option. I cannot strongly enough recommend finding somewhere else to stay and save your money for a nice place. I really hope the rest of their hotels are in better repair, cleaner, and better managed!

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my son couldn't sleep on it. The room was dirty and old. I will never return to this hotel

We have stayed here quite a few times over the years when traveling from RI to FL. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast selection is more than adequate for travelers and it is included. Staff is pleasant. Location is near numerous restaurants and has easy access to the highway.

A nice overnight stop with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Driving to Florida we hit a terrible storm and didn't have a change to research where to stay as we had planned to go farther. Everything worked out with this hotel being very accommodating. Lovely, refurbished rooms.

The person that checked me in by the name, Denise was very polite, knowledgeable, and overall very professional. She made my stay even better. they should be more employees just like her to be welcome people into the hotel.

Looks like old prison converted to hotel . We stayed one night driving through to Florida. Don’t let nice lobby deceive you ! This place is a dump ! Dirty smelly halls , sketchy people living there full time. Crammed double beds into tiny tiny rooms . Had to climb over bed to get bathroom . Mold in bathroom shower. People fighting in parking lot at 1 am , at 3 am truck picking up dumpster from parking lot ..load buzzing in hallway . Talk about Motel Hell . This was the worst !!
