Because the hotel had limited reception times and I arrived quite late, I got a good instruction through text message how to check in. Very nice room on an excellent location. Enjoyed a good dinner to the Swan next doors.

Fantastic location, very central. While no reception is on site they are quite accessible and quick to respond. Room was smaller than expected. A week’s stay felt like a long time to not receive any house keeping service beyond change of towels and removal of rubbish.

Guichen Bay Motel was perfect for a 2 night stay. Exactly what we needed. It was clean, serviced daily, with towels and linen provided. It was a trouble free experience. Would stay there again.

Simply put - a great motel. Easy check-in, very clean, well appointed, comfy bed, reliable wifi, and even a mini bar! There’s a fridge, toaster and microwave oven. Very quiet motel/area. Easy walking distance to everything in town. 15 minute walk to the esplanade. This place is a gem at great value!

This place ticked plenty of boxes. Excellent service during booking. We received instructions for our arrival prior and found the room to be spacious and well equipped. Only minor issue was that the bed was a little “wobbly” ands the walls to adjoining room are thin, but that’s all really. Decent AC, very good shower and so on. Well priced too.
