Very convenient to my meeting site. The room is clean but in traditional style.

The hotel is relatively new. Nothing wrong with it.

Great customer service, friendly people and very efficient. Offered link of info I needed for wifi, towels and comfort before I asked her. That to me is great Service😉😉.She was on top of her job. Nice clean room

very friendly staff and the rooms and building have a good vibe, decor and design - bartender in the lobby was very friendly and the food was very good. On a weeknight, the bar was filled with lots of folks who looked as though they are traveling for business. Apparently the fitness center is 24/7, which is cool but I didn’t use.

The rooms were a nice size. The place was clean. I like they had a microwave, frig, and a keurig coffee machine in room. Only issue i had was no complimentary breakfast was available. You had to pay 14.99 fir breakfast. If i knew that i wouldn't stay there.

So now we pay for breakfast, ?? Just put the breakfast price in the hotel fee and give me breakfast for free, I feel that I win this way, Won't being staying at Hilton again, sorry you are too sophisticated for me now!

Clean rooms, coffee maker, and bathroom. Male front desk clerk is a little blunt and matter of fact but not rude; just seemed a little annoyed I asked about in-room amenities so I could buy any extra drinks, etc. Would stay again.

Very nice clean building. Very quiet for being so close to the Pittsburgh Airport.

Overall it is a nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient location. No complaints.

I booked a room with two queen beds as always. I was given a room with one king. I returned to the checkout counter and was told that my 3rd party booking was only a “preference” and that I had to stay in that same room and use the hide-a-bed couch. It was barely a loveseat and after pulling it out, I found trash and dead bugs. (NOT bedbugs though) We we’re given two breakfast vouchers but I would have rather had a good nights sleep. My son and I are really big guys and it was not comfortable at all. This has never happened before and I hope that it doesn’t happen again.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. One star off since they took out their vending machines. They have an area by the front desk that you can pick up snacks. However, they are extremely overpriced. $2 for a pod of coffee, $3 for a candy bar, $6 for an ice Dunkin can.

friendly staff, food was great for brunch, and the hotel was clean and quiet. also well located for city and airport. will stay there again

The rooms are very nice and clean. Close to a lot of shopping. Also, the staff are very friendly here. Would definitely come back!
