We will not be back unfortunately Service- Bellman was attentive and quick at check in. However, they don't start until 7 AM, so we had no help when we checked out at 6 AM. Also the luggage carts also locked away until 7AM, so had to make several trips up and down Front desk-staff were less than enthusiastic to wait on us. Not very helpful. Gave us no information about property when we checked in. Housekeeping- Well they didn't touch/clean our room all 3 days/nights we were there. Waitresses in ******-friendly and fast service Cashier Cage-Friendly and fast service. Amenities- HORRIBLE-Had to ask for towels-we only had 2 bath towels and one hand towel in our room when we arrived. No coffee pot in room, found out later if you ask, they will bring you one. One trash can for entire PREMIUM room??? Ceiling above toilet was dripping...not kidding, actually dripping. The 2 elevators that were 'working' (they have 4, but never saw other 2 doors open) were kind of frightening/scary to ride. Wasn't sure if doors would open/close or if we would arrive on correct floor, etc. Food- Ate at 8 oz Burger late Sunday-food was hot and cooked to order Starbucks-Closes at 5PM, (website indicates open until 9PM), which I feel is too early. Coffee was good though. Only thing that was consistently good entire weekend
