Horseshoe Tunica Casino & Hotel

Had to go to motel next door and eat because there was no buffet. They had a couple small cafes but there was no breakfast buffet or buffet at all like states. The room was very nice and clean. I’ll never go back to tunica again their machines are so tight. Lost a lot of money there. We drove from Oklahoma. We win a lot more here where we are from. If wanted to go back I would stay in motel next door to it. But I won’t lol

First of all the toilet was dirty as if no one clean, secondly one bath towel look like someone has used it and fold it back up there was black steak all over it was very disappointed especially since we still in the COVID pandemic

The hotel is always great. I have never had an issue. The staff is always great. The rooms are always clean. Everybody is always asking if you need something or do you need help. I really enjoy this place.

Hotel interior is outdated, dirty and needs redecorating. The rooms are not clean, it was very clear that the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilets was soiled, the tub and sink were dirty. They have no real accommodations. The only saving grace was the bed. They charge you for everything. I had to pay to use a microwave in my room. They had no tea bags or coffee maker but gave you coffee cups. No garbage liners in the trash cans or ice bucket. The floor was disgusting and grimy. This place was truly a disappointment especially for the price we paid. I will never stay in this hotel again ever! The staff however they were polite but if I were them I'd be embarrassed to inform guests of no microwave and having to pay for it to use it. Then they charged Resort fees when they brought the rented microwave to the room. If I could give them no stars I would. Total total disappointment!

Visiting from California for business, the rooms were definitely dated and could use a remodel. But, every single staff member greated me with a friendly smile. The staff on the ****** floor really made this a fun trip after a long day working. The interaction at the tables made me feel welcome and the "Hello Mike" on my second day let me know they were genuine in their conversations from the days before. A special Thank You to Gina, Adriana, & Mamady. But i can not leave out Law, Wayne, and Lu!

The ice storm of 2024 hit while I was here and the staff was on top of it. There was food. There was water. The rooms were still being cleaned if you wanted your room cleaned. The entire area around the ****** and hotel was snowed in but, we really could not tell except for maybe a delay or two, which was honestly completely expected. I was very impressed with the way the Horseshoe put it together during this tough time.

We will not be back unfortunately Service- Bellman was attentive and quick at check in. However, they don't start until 7 AM, so we had no help when we checked out at 6 AM. Also the luggage carts also locked away until 7AM, so had to make several trips up and down Front desk-staff were less than enthusiastic to wait on us. Not very helpful. Gave us no information about property when we checked in. Housekeeping- Well they didn't touch/clean our room all 3 days/nights we were there. Waitresses in ******-friendly and fast service Cashier Cage-Friendly and fast service. Amenities- HORRIBLE-Had to ask for towels-we only had 2 bath towels and one hand towel in our room when we arrived. No coffee pot in room, found out later if you ask, they will bring you one. One trash can for entire PREMIUM room??? Ceiling above toilet was dripping...not kidding, actually dripping. The 2 elevators that were 'working' (they have 4, but never saw other 2 doors open) were kind of frightening/scary to ride. Wasn't sure if doors would open/close or if we would arrive on correct floor, etc. Food- Ate at 8 oz Burger late Sunday-food was hot and cooked to order Starbucks-Closes at 5PM, (website indicates open until 9PM), which I feel is too early. Coffee was good though. Only thing that was consistently good entire weekend
