Soggiorno molto piacevole, personale attento e professionale. La stessa cosa dicasi per quanto concerne il ristorante. Cibo molto buono, Un elogio particolare anche alle due signore della SPA, Yamilet e Valeria, che ci hanno accolto con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità.

Questo storico hotel offre agli ospiti tutto quello che un appassionato sciatore, dilettante o professionista, può desiderare. Infatti biglietteria, noleggio attrezzatura, deposito e scuola sci sembrano propaggini d'un unico corpo vivente. La ristorazione, ha nel direttore di sala, Sig. Matteo, il suo anfitrione. Impeccabile il servizio, varia e gustosa l'offerta gastronomica. Ma ciò che contraddistingue l'intero staff è la naturale gentilezza e cortesia nell'accoglienza. Il Sig. Gajul ne è un perfetto rappresentante. COMPLIMENTI!

Una dimensione unica e magica, immersi nelle montagne bianche innevate... E accolti da uno staff che non ha nulla da invidiare a nessun altro. Ottima la cucina, ottimo il servizio e il team del ristorante, guidato da un maître in gambissima, belle camere, pulizia super, mini club... Super ! Un grazie immenso a tutti gli animatori che hanno fatto breccia nei cuori dei miei figli, Amélie,Chiara,, Christian, Lucia, Davide.. Mi perdonassero gli altri che non ho nominato.. Ma non mi basterebbe lo spazio di TripAdvisor. Fantastico il concierge. Fantastiche le receptionists, i baristi, gli animatori tutti, che dire... Perché sono tornata a casa????

Posizione favolosa, camera comoda e pulita, servizi e cortesia che ti fanno sentire a casa. Il vero plus è il servizio e la professionalità della sala ristorazione, della quale, vorrei segnalare tutta la squadra, che agli ordini del Maitre, svolge ogni manzione con eccellenza.

Hotel direttamente sull’impianto di risalita di Pizzalto. Camere confortevoli e ottima cucina. Spa pulita e rilassante dopo una giornata sugli sci. Divertentissima animazione che organizza giochi dopo cena. È il nostro hotel di fiducia da anni e torniamo sempre volentieri.

Il posto e veramente curato Anche per la ristorazione con buffet. Anche la scuola sci è molto organizzata Peccato che questo anno non c'era tanta neve ma comunque l'hanno sparata. Le camere sono sempre pulite e spaziose con un bel balcone......

Appena reduce da un weekend a Roccaraso presso questo hotel molto accogliente. Personale eccellente: dalla reception, al ristorante e le camere. Consiglio inoltre vivamente la spa: deliziosa e incantevole. Qui, Luz (persona addetta al centro benessere) ci ha illustrato con estrema cura e attenzione tutto ciò di cui potessimo disporre. Complimenti. Torneremo senz’altro!

Solito ottimo servizio con il sorriso per questo hotel a conduzione familiare - ma con i comfort di un grand hotel - in cui veniamo da qualche anno. La comodità per le piste da sci è impareggiabile, anche se questo anno purtroppo c’era pochissima neve. Ben tenuto e pulito, con personale professionale e non stagionale. Colazione e cena di qualità alta in mezza pensione. Una menzione particolare per l’eccellente massaggio ricevuto nella spa da Giamile e Luz. E la cortesia della ragazza alla reception della spa.
