Hotel was nice . Said 24 hour bar and it wasn't said 24 hour room service and it wasnt ringing though to get room service was a farce. No one answered for ages. Bar closed early like ghost town from 7pm in the hotel

Rooms are all different, sometimes you gonna get water and shower gel , sometimes you won’t. Not consistent

I have been at this hotel a couple of times due to my job and their such good facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and comfortable rooms and beds). All the staff are always very friendly, however I have to mention my experience with Andriea. I have never seen such a professional, hard worker, attentive and kind person... she served my meals in the restaurant always with a friendly smile, and she also checked me in at the spa reception with exactly the same manners and smile. This made my day. I guess she probably works in both sections of this hotel, and she deserves all the best. Her customer service is outstanding. Thank you for all your recommendations and to remember my food order (exactly how I like ...incredible!) I highly recommend this hotel. The views before the sunset are a must.

Not a 4 star experience! Booked on a spa break with my husband. The spa itself was ok and treatments were very good but the hotel is really ratty. We had lunch in the bar and it was the saddest bar I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Dingy, peeling paint, uncomfortable seating etc but the food was ok. We had paid for a 3 course dinner as part of our package but discovered that our table was squished in a corner of the bar rather than the restaurant! When I complained I was told that there was nothing they could do abc the duty manager refused to even Constance speak to me, The hotel was hosting an “80s night” and the bar was full of people already drunk and singing loudly. The bar staff were lovely and very apologetic but there was no way I could have enjoyed dinner in that environment. We chose to leave and eat elsewhere at a cost of almost £200 rather than stay to eat in that rabble! I should have been made aware of the arrangements for dinner when I booked! There are loads of conference rooms that could have been used as an alternative venue to the restaurant.

This has been my favourite spa day I have ever had and so I booked for my sister to come on her first spa day experience with me for my birthday. facIlities as always are amazing and the bento box and deal over rall were brilliant. my Bns was unfortunately the worst ive ever had. My therapist didn't introduce herself and left me on the bed for about 5 minutes, the pressure was so deep it was hurting and I had to ask her to stop...... being a therapist myself and having numerous treatments this isn't at all like me. I enjoy a deep massage but she went straight in with her elbows and all along my scapula was so painful, after requesting she lightened the pressure for a couple of minutes but then went back to the deep again. I clenched my teeth throughout the whole treatment and couldn't wait until it was over. I had no aftercare or water and she just left the room saying have a nice day. Today I have got bruises all over my back and around my shoulder blades. all in all the spa is lovely but my treatment was unfortunately awful. Thank you to Courtney who did my sisters and she throughly enjoyed hers.the bar staff also were friendly and very helpful x

The experience was lovely, the thermal spa area was a unexpected oasis. The treatment was great, as was the staff. The lunch boxes could be improved in quality but they were handed out in a timely manner for our whole group. One our party was let down but has since been appropriately compensated. The changing rooms needed someone refreshing the used towel and robe bins as it was overflowing and the plastic flaps separating the thermal spa area needs a great scrub or changing completely. We had a fab time the grounds are beautiful and Lewis was very patient knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience x

Review based on spa visit. Visited today with my husband and from start to finish we had an amazing day. Every staff member (spa staff only) were so lovely and welcoming. The spa is very clean has alot to offer and the dinner you get if very good. I have been a handful of times and had the full experience with the best package they do and find it very good. Today we had josh and dani they are so lovely, calm and professional and really do make sure you have the best experience. They are also respectful which is important to me. I have got to say that all staff work very hard and each and every time i have been it has been amazing experience with outstanding service.

The spa is fabulous, especially the hydrotherapy pool. Lovely complimentary coffee and lemon infused water. I had a full body massage with Ruby and it was THE best massage I have ever had! 😌 I'm not sure Ruby will fully understand how much I needed that treatment! You can sample the Temple Spa products and the pricing is very clear. I will definitely be back.
