Good morning
I personally find that the receptionist welcomed us but there is a lack of communication.
Already for the parking spaces he does not know or guide us for certain locations.
I wanted to go to your restaurant and he told me he didn't know.
We had to ask about the swimming pool and breakfast even though it's a simple little explanation when the customer arrives.
The receptionist in the morning is very shy if I don't say hello???
On the other hand, the place is very clean, the breakfast is great with the young man who is very professional, well received, polite and
check if all the dishes are full.

Nice hotel with good facilities. The restaurant serves good food, but unfortunately the service was disappointing... it took half an hour before we could order, the aperitif was served together with the starter, dirty plates were not cleared... there was also an hour between starter and main course waiting time (while the restaurant was not full at all) and then after serving we had to go get cutlery ourselves so as not to have cold food.
Fortunately, the staff was very friendly.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Really love the ambience friendliness of staff facilities and amenities they provide. They have a swimming pool on the ground floor as well. But parking isn't free and we weren't told about this. So if you consider parking overnight you have different options.

Rooms were good sized as we booked for family of 4. Has a small kitchenette which is great. Toilet was stinky even upon check-in that smelled like public toilet. Very obvious that house keeping doesn't mop the floor. Worst hotel experience due to this. Not acceptable. Coffee is never replenished at all. There were also dishes left outside the room door from previous guests that was not clean. Location is good if you are going to grottes de han.

De kamers zijn ietwat aan de kleine kant, maar wel prima in orde. Persoonlijk vind ik dat de dienstverlening iets vriendelijker kan, er wordt weinig geglimlacht. De poetsvrouw was wel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt kost je 23 EUR en voor die prijs mag het wel wat beter. Een afruimkar midden in de ontbijtruimte is mijns inziens niet echt wenselijk. Het hotel zat volledig vol, dus moest je ook voor het ontbijt een slot kiezen om te ontbijten. In Han-sur-lesse zelf zijn er niet zoveel keuzes, dus als je enkel een propere kamer wenst in het centrum en ergens anders kan ontbijten, dan zou ik zeggen doen.

Séjour à 4 dans la suite familiale, du 8 au 9 mai avec piscine au rez de chaussée... Chambre propre, bien équipée, spacieuse, les couloirs sont impeccables aussi. Chambre bien insonorisée, et pas de bruit la nuit. Personnel réception très sympathique, également au bar et au restaurant. Facilité d'adaptation pour modifié un plat. Nous conseillons l'établissement, et surtout la Pizzeria qui se trouvent 50 m plus loin en direction des Grottes. A refaire, car très belle expérience. Merci au personnel.

Good thing was that out of season there was free parking in front of the door. The pool was broken. Unfortunately that was the main reason for booking. The children should be able to splash around. So there was a lot of boredom... The weather wasn't particularly good. The beds weren't made, the towels weren't changed, etc. Breakfast wasn't ready on time. No service at the bar, no wine could be served... everything was already a bit worn out... Also, pets are allowed, my wife has an allergy and noticed it.

The hotel is more likely to be rated 3 stars. Swimming pool was not available even though we had emailed specifically for this. The breakfast was too poor and not fresh enough. Toilet seat was loose, toilet at the counter was not clean. Staff were not friendly or helpful.

Voor de t****e keer (2022/2024) dit hotel bezocht met man en zoon (12). We hadden een familie kamer en hoe toevallig weer dezelfde. Een moderne kamer waar je je eigen streamingsdiensten kan afspelen, een heerlijke regen douche, een klein keukentje met mogelijkheid om te koken (2pits). Een koelkast met vriesvak en een magnetron. Ook is er een eettafel, ideaal om gezellig een spelletje aan te spelen of te eten. Het hotel ligt super centraal in de Ardennen en een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Het zwembad is klein dus voor kinderen al snel goed maar dus ook snel gevuld. Parkeren kan ondergronds (in een hele kleine parkeergarage) en kost €15 per dag. Tegenover het hotel zit een minimarkt waar ik lekkere broodjes haalde en zo konden we gewoon op de kamer ontbijten. (Dit kan natuurlijk ook in het hotel, hebben we in 2022 gedaan). De lobby en restaurant is modern en gezellig en nodigt uit om wat te drinken en/of eten. De kaart vh restaurant sprak me minder aan maar dat is uiteraard zeer persoonlijk. In het dorpje zitten wat restaurants en een friteuse (erg aan te raden, wat een heerlijke friet!) Kortom een zeer geslaagd verblijf waar we zeker graag nog eens terugkomen.
