Good morning
I personally find that the receptionist welcomed us but there is a lack of communication.
Already for the parking spaces he does not know or guide us for certain locations.
I wanted to go to your restaurant and he told me he didn't know.
We had to ask about the swimming pool and breakfast even though it's a simple little explanation when the customer arrives.
The receptionist in the morning is very shy if I don't say hello???
On the other hand, the place is very clean, the breakfast is great with the young man who is very professional, well received, polite and
check if all the dishes are full.
I wish you all the best, knowing that I will advise my acquaintances and myself to go to your place.

Nice hotel with good facilities. The restaurant serves good food, but unfortunately the service was disappointing... it took half an hour before we could order, the aperitif was served together with the starter, dirty plates were not cleared... there was also an hour between starter and main course waiting time (while the restaurant was not full at all) and then after serving we had to go get cutlery ourselves so as not to have cold food.
Fortunately, the staff was very friendly.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Really love the ambience friendliness of staff facilities and amenities they provide. They have a swimming pool on the ground floor as well. But parking isn't free and we weren't told about this. So if you consider parking overnight you have different options.

Rooms were good sized as we booked for family of 4. Has a small kitchenette which is great. Toilet was stinky even upon check-in that smelled like public toilet. Very obvious that house keeping doesn't mop the floor. Worst hotel experience due to this. Not acceptable. Coffee is never replenished at all. There were also dishes left outside the room door from previous guests that was not clean. Location is good if you are going to grottes de han.

Si j'ai bon souvenir la réceptionniste de cette semaine qui s'appelle Camille n'est pas très serviable. Pas de bonjour, aucun sourire affiché et c'est à peine si on la dérange pour la moindre des questions, Le personnelle qui fond les chambres rien à dire, propre , on ne manque de rien et j'ai eu le droit à un bonjour de quelque personne de leur Service comme j'ai pu voir sur leur blousons GF. Se qui concerne la réceptionniste malheureusement les habitués ferons également la remarque que il y a de l'antipathie à l'accueil et que ça donne pas envie de revenir. Malheureusement c'est mon expériences et je paye pour me sentir bien et non être dévisagé ou l'impression d'ennuyez la réceptionniste. Revoir le personnel de l'accueil pour vos prochains!!!

Hôtel bien situé , belle espace d’accueil . Chambre parfaite , propre et confortable , bien isolée , très calme . Un seul bémol , chambre trop chauffée , pas la possibilité d’éteindre le système de chauffage . Peut être laisser une conseil d’utilisation pour le faire . Piscine pas chauffé à 20h30 , eau froide , on n’est pas resté longtemps . 😁.

On arriving at the hotel after a significant journey we were absolutely delighted to walk into a stunning bar and lounge area and a friendly receptionist. To make it even better we were offered a welcome drinks on arrival as Accor silver status customers. The whole vibe of the hotel was relaxed and stylish. we had a family room with bunk beds and the kids were thrilled with a youtube channel in the room. Small area for kids to chill and roll about in the main fyer, after a long car journey and a lovely looking restaurant and terrace area outside the main bar. We absolutely loved the hotel, we went for a lovely family swim in the pool before breakfast and that and a great breakie set us up for our next journey on our european trip. The village is just lovely and only steps away and we had a great meal out of the hotel although thougt the hotel restaurant looked fab also. Thanks for a great memorable stay.

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel. De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk, maar ze sprak geen Nederlands. Een mondje Frans of Engels is dus geen overbodige luxe, maar ik vond dat geen enkel probleem. Daarnaast is het hotel in het algemeen erg mooi ingericht. De kamers zelf zijn ruim genoeg, er is een leuke zitbank aan het raam, de douches waren netjes en zelfs de douchegel en shampoo die aanwezig waren, waren van een luxe merk. Echt heel aangenaam. Bovendien was ook het zwembad erg mooi, maar wel te koud. Wij zijn er na 5 minuten uit gegaan. Ten slotte hebben we ook ontbijt gegeten en dit was zeker inorde: erg was erg veel keuze, ook lactose-vrije alternatieven, en zelfs cava. Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf en zou er zeker boeken.
