Room is spacious and clean, all fitting and furniture seems like brand new, the burger and chips is great taste.

A very good hotel. The place is large and spacious. The food in the restaurant downstairs is delicious. There is a free shuttle bus that can take you to nearby places. The environment is peaceful and it is highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and has a nice surrounding.

There is also a gym, which was a pleasant surprise.

Very comfortable and very clean, this hotel was newly renovated in 2021 The facilities are complete, the sanitation is very clean, and the environment is very convenient in the city center. The only thing is that the breakfast is not self-service, you need to order it yourself downstairs

Checked in around 5. Got to my room and found that the toilet seat was detached and sitting on top of the tank with the garbage can on top. Called down to the front desk and was told someone would be up to fix. Around 8pm I walked down to the front desk to let them know no one had been up yet. Again assured that someone would be up to fix. I checked out at 11 this morning. I wonder what would have happened if I'd said 'yes' to signing up for bonvoy, hmm. If you enjoy being undervalued as a consumer, this is the place for you! If not, I'd avoid.

The reception staff was rude. Although the building is new, the staff exhibited very rude behavior and lacked any professionalism. We were waving our hands in the entry vestibule not being able to open the door, clearly indicating that we were checking in, but received no response. Despite seeing us, they didn't open the door, and another guest had to do it for us. Furthermore, the staff didn't offer any apology. When we requested an early check-in in the afternoon due to our children needing to sleep, the way they declined felt aggressive to me. I don't understand why and felt very bad. I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends.

We chose this hotel because it was near the Auditorium Theater, where we had tickets for a show. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. When we had a little trouble with transportation, they helped us get an Uber. The room was clean and comfortable, and the made-to-order breakfast in the morning was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

There was so much noise from the room above us at 2am that it shook the sprinkler cover off from the ceiling. It startled my whole family. The hotel was very good about handling the situation.

We stay 3 night hotel 4 people but bathroom is curtain after shower bathroom is all over water I asked many time no body help to change to room I look at other room shower area glass cover no water come out I’m asking refund but hotel is refuse to refund if you stay hotel first look bathroom are if they curtain don’t book it no stuff to clean we used towel towel to clean I’m going to 1 star this hotel courtyard by Marriott hotel downtown rochester Ny
