Dartmouth House

Such an incredible experience! From the delicious homecooked breakfast, always available collection of loose leaf teas, and comfortable room, I loved my time there. The staff was so nice and it was lovely getting to know them. I will definitely be recommending this spot for anyone going to Rochester!

We are return visitors at Dartmouth House because Gary and Milena are so hospitable. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious, light filled and quiet. The bathrooms are large and modern. The location is very central to everything we wanted to do in Rochester.

We came as a family to visit Rochester Institute of Technology. Our personable stay at the Dartmouth House made our visit feel like a mini-vacation. The house was cozy and breakfast was delicious. Parking was no issue and we were able to get around to where we needed to (including restaurants and the George Eastman Museum).

The location was great. Near the museums and good restaurants. Depending on the weather it was very walkable. Our was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Very clean, pleasant room. Delicious breakfast served! The hosts, Gary and Melina, were quite friendly, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The house is about a 15 minute walk to the George Eastman Museum House, the Rochester Science Museum and the University of Rochester Memorial Art Museum. Also an easy walk to local restaurants. If I return to Rochester, I'd certainly consider staying here again.

Beautiful place with lots of space to relax. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Breakfast is included and delicious. Gary is very easy to speak to and go above an beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys places other than hotels.

This was my first time staying in an inn in New England. I very much enjoyed the charming and tranquil environment, especially the living room for reading. The manager was extremely friendly and hospitable, and made me breakfast. I would like to come back when the weather's warmer.

My wife and I have stayed at the Dartmouth House twice now and both times have been great! Finding the location was easy, onsite parking is always a big plus for us, the accommodations were fantastic and homey. Breakfast was great both times we stayed there as well! The location of the BnB is great as well. Nice walking distance from some local restaurants! I would recommend for anyone who looking for a little staycation or passing through and needs a great place to spend the night or a couple of days! Looking forward to booking again!
