We needed help from the front desk when we arrived and they responded beautifully. The room was REALLY nice and the restaurant food was good.

The Royal Park Hotel was excellent. We were in the area for the passing away of a brother, Everything about our stay made the trip as painless as possible.

The room and accommodations were really nice. Only complaint I have is when I got to the bathroom, I am unsure if it was cleaned. There was fecal matter still in the toilet when I first checked in

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, me he hospedado en dos ocasiones por viaje de negocios, el personal muy amigable y eficiente. Las instalaciones increíbles, los desayunos muy variados y completos. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y únicas por el tipo de construcción.

The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The valet service was busy but they were amazing. We had poor service in the bar. We canceled our order for one appetizer after waiting 45 minutes. It came out afterwards and we were still charged.
