Toilet backed up, no shower curtain and I found out ******* charged more for the room then the actual hotel. I was refunded $92 for my room but ******* charged me $113. Terrible

I ended up not staying the night because it was so filthy. Crumbs and stains on the kitchenette area, clogged bathroom sink drain, fecal matter in the toilet upon arrival, stains on the bathroom floor. It was if the cleaning staff made the bed with new sheets and forgot about the rest of the room. I will never stay there again, and would highly advise against it for anyone else.

Upon arrival from a challenging end of stay at another hotel, Assistant General Manager Terrell Hall process my reservation with unquestionable professionalism, which made the transition from the other hotel more manageable. Thank you, Terrell Hall, for your help. The next day there was some facility issues, which General Manager John Malone addressed and corrected with great customer care. Thank you for John your help. Last but not least, Front Desk Clerk Niah Mellow pleasant demeanor and handling of necessary items for a good stay at this hotel is well appreciated by me and my daughter. Thank you, Niah. I will not fail to mention the maintenance and housekeeping staff for their consist care of the hotel noticeable by me and all their guest at the hotel. Thank you from all of us.

We were triple charged and also sold rooms to us that were not clean so we were turned away but still charged.

The staff was very friendly at check in. There was a problem with the payment but the lady at the counter was very helpful and figured it out. The hotel itself was pretty bad. The entire hotel smelled like spaghetti. The room smelled like cigarettes and the pillows also had a terrible smell to them. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

Staff was nice, even the guests were. BUT all pipes clogged. In stead of fixing it you get a plunger. We saw a cockroach. Everywhere you turn you are comfronted with the smell of *******. No gym! Nothing for kids to do. Aprox 4 or 5 nights there was a pshychotic man in the lobby who was not a guest. Staff did not feel comfortable. Finally after a few nights I was told the man was to be removed by police. It is sad that half the staff are truly gems like ms Diamond and Mrs Serena and some others. On the other hand there were some staff that just linger in the backoffice and ‘hide’ behind a ‘will be back soon’ sign. A a seasoned receptionist in 4 and 5 star hotels I did not expect too much glamour and facilities but this place needs management that cares. I am so sorry we will not be returning there. Again I really liked most of the staff. Also 1 of 5 washers work with Apple Pay none of the dryers do. Even though they have a cardpayment machine on them you only can use quarters and when you need quarters they do not have change.
