My husband and I have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is nothing fancy but generally comfortable. It’s nice to have a separate area with a trundle sofa, desk and mini fridge with sink. Last night’s stay did not live up to usual expectations. Upon entering the room we were greeted with a blast of hot air. The room was an oven. We tried to regulate the temperature but no matter how low we turned down the temperature nothing changed. When we opened the blinds we noticed that the window was already open which means the previous tenant had the same problem. When I checked out, the person at the front desk thanked me and said she would report it to maintenance even though she knew it wouldn’t help me. She didn’t offer to make any adjustments to my bill or offer me any extra Bonvoy points. I have been a loyal Marriott customer for many years and I expect better treatment than that especially since my husband and I lost hours of sleep.
