Amazing staff, especially Alfie and Shelley. Lovely and friendly, helpful as well, the rooms were lovely too, will go above and beyond to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Food in the restaurant is good value for money and tastes good too.

After a very difficult journey down , arriving very late but the young man in reception I believe his name was Aj was most helpful very polite and helped me with my cases , nothing was to much trouble , He is a great ambassador for the premier inn. I hope to see him on my next return .

Easy to find and good sized car park. Prompt and warm welcome at Reception (thankfully no self check in terminals). Very well apportioned room and a nice sized bath. Ate lunch in the attached restaurant, very good service and food at a reasonable price.

I had the best stay at a premier I’ve ever had. The hotel receptionist Alfie was so helpful especially when we had a problem with room bookings which he sorted out straight away, even going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The rooms were so clean and all my colleagues enjoyed there stays, Alfie made sure we had breakfast sorted including dinner and I could not recommend him more!

Second time we have stayed.this time was made special by Alfie front of house. Excellent customer care.went above and beyond to make our stay special. My son was on crutches Alfie rearranged some of the rooms so we had a ground floor room.his customer care is fantastic

Very clean room, lovely staff especially Andy on reception. The whole process was easy and the beds were very comfortable. Great facilities in the room too. No problems or issues and would love to come back. Amazing Premier Inn, a lot better than others I’ve been to.

We stayed overnight to attend a wedding locally. The team were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, our party was a large one with multiple rooms so the reception team allocated us rooms which were close together which was especially nice, and reserved us a group space for breakfast the following morning. Would visit again.

We stayed at Premier Inn for our first wedding anniversary. The bedrooms are brilliant and lovely. Alfie is an amazing person, super friendly and absolutely hilarious! If you're ever looking to stay I would highly recommend! It is also next door to an honourable pilot which is super handy.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the decor requires attention. There is paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom, behind the door and above the shower head. The shower head needs replacing and the whole room was tired and in need of decorating.
