The room was very clean, staff very friendly, only thing we only had 2 kleenex's lefy in the box and roll of tp just about empty otherwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were in town for a dance competition and specifically chose a family friendly hotel with a pool and breakfast. The pool was closed when we got there. Opened later that evening with ice cold water and a scalding hot hot tub. We called the front desk and they cloaed it again. My daughter received a burn on her legs from the hot tub. Our room was not very clean. I asked for a new room and they were full. Our bedding was dirty, at first the woman at the desk asked me to show her what I meant by dirty and was quite aggressive. Her son said, we are not doing that and then the woman agreed to change the sheets. The soaps/toiletries in our room had previously been opened. The carpets in the hallway are wrinkled and with the patterns are very difficult to navigate fpr those with disabilities or visual impairments. I was so frustrated as I wanted to cancel but was refused as the pool would be open, little did I know it was still be unusable. They filled it with a hose from outside with very cold water. I did not have high expectations of this hotel and it was so very bad. My kids were super disappointed and I felt bad.

Bedsheets and carpet stained. Pool closed by County Health. Bathroom dirty. Unhelpful staff made it clear our money was not being returned.

It seemed sort of shabby upon arrival, and it was a bit shabby, but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The photos are a bit out of date. The free breakfast was more mediocre than than the usual less than mediocre. The coffee was drinkable, although there was no ability to make it in the room.

Hotel needs a renovation badly. Carpets and bathrooms are dated. The fridge still had food from previous guest in it.

Unfriendly staff. Breakfast service was inadequate with respect to available items, and quality.
Of all the rooms available, we were put in a room right next to the elevator and the stairs and it was noisy late into the night.
I will not stay at another Country Inn and Suits ever!

I've stayed here before when in town for medical tests and been very happy with this Country Inn and Suites. This time, however, was very disappointing. While the room was clean, normal amenities are no longer included in the room. Things like a hair dryer, coffee maker, drain plug in bathtub. The breakfast was also scaled back. With lots of hotel choices in Rochester, I don't think we'll stay at this one again. Sad to see the decline.

Got Ripped off!! Wanted to book a 2nd night. Specifically asked the guy if I should book through the app to get the same rate. He said no, he will do it. We'll he didn't and didn't tell me the rate was going up. What a fraud... Don't stay at this dishonest hotel. Also if it was a language barrier issue, maybe you shouldn't be working/ owning a hotel.
