There were two additional charges added to my credit card several days after our stay.One was for parking for one day, which I expected. The other $59 charge is unexplained. I have tried calling the billing/ account person 2 times, and the director of operations once, with no return phone call to explain these extra charges.

Initially I was in a room sub par. Smelled like cigs and no fan in bathroom. The heater was too much. Next morn the staff made quick accommodations to get me in a room that had no smoke smell, fan worked, heated appropriately without a fuss. Excellent professionalism

We like being able to use the subway level attached to Mayo Clinic. The restaurant doesn’t have a wide selection of food to eat. It’s also quite expensive for what you get.

1. Lukewarm "Hot" water: morning and night. 2. Bathroom door wouldn't close, and inside bathroom side of door totally rotting out. 3. Bathtub drain-stopper wouldn't close or fully open: rusted on. 4. Carpets: room/hallway: stained a lot. 5. In-Hotel parking is HORRIBLE!!! For 7' vehicles: one level ONLY! 6. Staff: all friendly/helpful. 7. Excellent dining: JimmyJohns, Caribou, Restaurant. 8. Good Room Rate.
Sorry, facility NEEDS a major rennovation. Won't stay there again.

We stayed for a medical visit at Mayo and this hotel was absolutely so perfect! We never had to drive anywhere once we parked, super convenient and the staff is wonderful! The restaurant in the hotel is also delicious, fast and very well run. Will definitely stay here again!

I think it could have been a little cleaner. bathtub was kinda dirty. A laundry bag would have been nice. A warmer blanket also.
