What a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible during our stay while going to appts at the clinic. We thought we were going to have to stay for another night beyond our reservation, and they were booked up, they said they would figure something out to make sure we were able to stay and be comfortable for any additional time we needed to spend at the clinic. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Rochester while going to Mayo for appts.!!!! They are located in amazing spot, as it is easy to get to/from clinic and hospital as well as food establishments and shopping for necessities.

We stay there every time we go. It's convenient, comfy and staff is excellent. Room is always comfy/cozy, but not always the cleanest. Every stay has led to finding something under the bed or in a drawer, but nothing crazy -- the room has always been overall clean, I just happen to be HK also so I notice things... And I'm clumsy and have dropped stuff under the bed 😅.
But we stay because of the friendly staff, close to Mayo, and it's a great deal for the price. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

My friend and I stayed here because she had a 7am doctor appoin**ent at the Mayo clinic and didn't want to drive from cities early in the morning. When we arrived Sunday afternoon, they could not give us a key to get into our room cause they were updating the system. We had to be let into our room everytime we left and came back. The beds were comfortable but took me forever to figure out how to turn on the fan/AC. Got up Monday morning to make sure we could get some breakfast before we had to leave for Mayo clinic, we were down in the breakfast area and the work was asleep on the couch and it was 6:15. Nothing was put out for breakfast, my girlfriend grabbed a yogurt out of the fridge and had expired in December 2023, its March 2024. When we finally got him to wake up we did let him know about the expired yogurt and he said he would have someone check into it, i am hoping he pulled it after we left. The little creamers for coffee were expired also. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we saw him push a cart of breakfast stuff out, it was 6;45 and we had to go. We were counting on some breakfast and coffee before we had a long day ahead of us and got neither.
