The room would be ok for 1 or maybe 2 nights but i was there for 6 nights and this is what i found. Room lighting is very poor. No light at the desk. The clothes hanging area was never lighted so i used a flashlight. The thermostat on the heater was set to 62 and the room was still too hot. The toilet flush valve was broke. Had to open the tank lid to flush. First day after checkin we went to the store to get some food items and drinks. When we returned to the room we discovered the fridge didnt cool. The bathroom sink has a water restricter on it and you hardle get enough water to brush your teeth.

Our room had a pullout mattress in the sofa, the sofa had 0 sheets on it and had crumbs in the mattress when you folded it out. When calling the front desk they just said im sorry and didnt offer anything at all to make it right. The pool deck is also a very slippery surface and waiting for someone to crack their head open.

Check in was super simple & easy, the room was great, pool was nice the floors could use a little cleaning around the pool. Great stay!

Nice hotel, pool area nice. Chlorine smell is so intense it was almost unbearable. My allergies were insanely bad because the chlorine.

The manager is not organized with large group events. No communication on overbooking, even when we booked the breakfast room months out in advance. This has happened a few years in a row now.

Amazing value for the price point. The pool and breakfast were excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall great place to bring my family.

Breakfast was good and fresh. Stayed 2 nites breakfast was different each morning. Room was clean but very hot. Tub was dirty stained. Hot tub was hot and clean. Kids had a great time on water slide.
