Location is prime. Right across from Saint Mary Hospital Mayo. Excellent restaurants like Red Cow and Canadian Honker walking distance. Newly renovated rooms. Stayed here four times. Staff is amazing. Becky provides a spectacular breakfast and Chakira at the front desk has a big smile and went out of her way to make sure we had transportation. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to Mayo Downtown or you can catch the Saint Mary Shuttle. The Schuffs

Website says that there was Room Service and there was not! Having to pay $14 dollars a night to park, whether I parked there or not. Not cleaning the room everyday!

The carpet was very soiled and needed cleaning. The furniture was full of stains and very worn needs new furniture all worn out. Very expensive and very hard to get to the swimming pool and fitness center. Had to pay for parking and could not access room without paying for parking. Very expensive had to pay 345 dollars for one night 2 adults and 2 children. No shampoo or lotion or conditioner in shower all empty. Dishes left in dishwasher and had to run them through and put them away.

Nice spacious two room space, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, an attached parking garage and a well equipped kitchen. They have complimentary breakfast but because of Mayo appointments we didn’t have the chance to partake. They do have complimentary coffee all day long.

I can't say enough good things about my stay here while my husband was hospitalized at Mayo Clinic Hospital Saint Marys. I was right across the street so could easily go back and forth to the hospital -- able to be with him but also able to get a break to refresh. Breakfasts were super! Staff was so friendly and the room was perfect with a kitchenette, sitting area and sleeping area. I'll stay again!

We are here for medical reasons. Chakira B. at the front desk and Becky who handles the morning buffet went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They were both so helpful and friendly every day, and went out of their way to assist us. The assistant manager whose name i don't have was also very accommodating.
