While the breakfast sandwich and coffee were top notch, what truly made my breakfast experience unforgettable is the two remarkable women who attended with such grace and efficiency. Gina and Brenda are the epitome of hospitality. The attention to detail was impeccable and the recommendations from the menu were spot on. It’s rare to find such dedicated individuals who not only excel in their roles but also elevate the entire dining experience with their positive energy and genuine care. Gina and Brenda are true assets to the Marriott brand, and their service excellence is a testament to the high standards the hotel upholds.

Did not live up to the Marriott brand. Doors slamming from other rooms would shake the room. You could hear people walking across the floor upstairs. Shower area had poor lighting, had mildew, and then drainage issues. Finally, when we asked for a shower cap, the clerk said they did not provide them. And no plastic laundry bag for your dirty clothes. Finally, when opening up the fridge to put out drinks in, it was frozen with a block of ice.

Amazing time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Zynasia was such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. Kimora was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. Sonja I think she was the mgr., was excellent & so knowledgeable with everything asked of her. Kim was to nice & wonderful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.
