This hotel is in a disgusting ********* area. The rooms were clean and staff super nice. Will never recommend simply because of the location. Frightening to say the least

Great staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable. I'd seen road noise mentioned in some reviews, but didn't notice any problem.
Easy access to and from the highway, nearby dining options.

I really have enjoyed myself. The check in was easy and I enjoyed the breakfast. I really appreciate the staff that were attentive when I locked my self out of my room! Thank you so much Best Western Rock Hill you really made me feel like a Diamond!
