The rooms are well appointed but not exactly in stellar condition. For example, the bathroom door in my room was so severely warped that it wouldn't close and the toilet would take a few tries to flush completely. But the hard floors were nice and clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable (though the metal frame is loud), and the wifi was not too slow. For the price, it's worth it if you just need a place to lay your head. But if staying with multiple people in one room, it may not be so great.

Customer service is very bad including front desk attendant, had multiple problems with accessing rooms with swipe, had to change rooms three times

Checked in Room was clean but noticed burned holes in the brown quilt , paint peeling off bathroom ceiling. Good location next to everything. Great price . Was told the pool was not open for at least 10 days . Now to wait and see what the breakfast has to offer .

Garish outdoor walkway lights that were impossible to block out completely.
Huge, monster truck parked right outside my door on the ground level, driver kept leaving the property every 15 minutes, revving his monster truck motor and taking his time to leave each time, all the while idling that heavy engine: RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR. Unacceptable.
No tissues in the room.
Couldn't take a bath because the stopper was broken.
Switch broken on the bathroom fan switch.
Cover to AC/heat control broken.
Overall, not a good experience.

Old eggs left in a carton from a previous guest in a drawer (which had an odor). Mouse droppings in bathroom. Hot water wasn't consistent (cut in and out from hot to cold). Room phone didn't work at all to contact the front desk. Told the staff at the front desk at checkout and they didn't care.

It wasn’t terrible but the room wasn’t clean at all. The sheets were dirty and had what i’m guessing is cigarette burn holes on the blankets.
