I stayed last night, March 27. The front desk checked me in promptly and the room was very clean. I plan to stay here on my return trip next week.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was where the breakdown was. No English Breakfast or Teatime Teas. Only Earl Grey or Green. Not a big deal unless you’re a tea drinker. No plates for breakfast. Waffles, eggs and sausage everything had to be eaten from a paper bowl. Breakfast person seemed nonplussed.

The front desk staff was perfect - checking in & out was perfect - the smell of the room was perfect - the cleanliness of the room was perfect - the beds and pillows were perfect - the bathroom and especially the shower was perfect - closet in the room was perfect - TV worked perfectly - the Heating / A/C unit was quiet and perfect - fridge & Microwave worked perfectly - Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, lots of options and perfect - the price was perfect. Basically then, I would say that my one night stay in room 128 was absolutely PERFECT ! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Great job Comfort Inn & Suites in Rock Hill.

We enjoy staying here, complimentary breakfast , free parking, the rooms are large and clean.

This was great for our needs and staff were nice. All looked clean but did not smell the best with what could have just been ventilation issues in the kitchen/dining area. Would just like to be more evidence of disinfected/clean area in that common space.

The hotel was clean, convenient and a great value. We've stayed twice in last 30 days and found consistent service each time.

We were given an accessible room although we didn't need it. It is incredibly spacious! The room smelled and felt very clean.

We found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was very clean including the bathroom which had great water pressure in the shower.

Conveniently located, good price, and microwave/refrigerator in the room all a plus. Coffee and breakfast subpar.

We found this to be a nice place to stay for a night after a long day of traveling north from south Florida. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no problems during our stay. The breakfast was a good, typical hotel breakfast.

Our room was clean, nice towels were provided, very good shower, and comfortable beds.

This hotel was so clean. Wish I had more stars to give! Right off the expressway easy on an off!!!

Clean, quiet stay thats easy on and off the interstate. This is our fourth time staying here.

Housekeeping didn’t come a clean my room one time I was there also there was trash left by the elevator on the 3 rd floor in a bag by someone and not one housekeeper picked it up also the breakfast needs improvement no jelly no bananas. I would stay here again
