Dirty hallways, no continental breakfast, outdated rooms, horrible parking situation. The best part was Steve’s the dive bar across the street from the lobby. The only relevant reason to stay here is a lack of options. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here.

The staff is the friendliest and most cordial. So helpful in accommodating ride transfers and helping with great selections of where to eat at. If we ran out of something in the room they were there to help. Dora was especially inviting to the facility.

Great stay, pleasant, friendly check in. Clean upgraded room with nice flooring, clean bathroom. Halls needed a little Tlc, broken glass, took over a day to clean up. Fresh cookies in the lobby! Bed comfy but soft. Sink faucet to short - water gets everywhere. Low water pressure for shower. Great view but dirty windows couldn’t see out. Annoying HVAC sound all night. Thermostats hard to control but comfy temp. Great location - great bar across the street with great food and people. Defiantly will be back! Well worth the price!

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting friends and family in the Quad Cities. Hotel appears to have been recently upgraded. We were disappointed with excercise room. Nice equipment, but no equipment cleaning wipes or water, which is standard in hotel excercise spaces. Also, the room was very hot!

Dora at the Front Desk is professional, friendly, and very personable. She shared ideas about many activities where one can visit locally. She is a great member to the IHG family. I look forward to visiting your property again in the near future.

The staff was very friendly and informal. It had a small town vibe to it. The shuttle saved me money and the room worked out just fine. I had some noisy neighbors the morning I left and heard somebdoy at the front desk complaining about the same issue by their room. The staff seemed ready to go take care of it. Rock Island was a great city to visit and I can see how tourists would flock there certain times of the year.
