The staff was amazing. We brought our two dogs, and they had a dog bowl, dog towels, treats and poop bags for our pups. The air conditioner was fabulous, and the shower was fantastic! There was shower stuff handy for us as well. The only con to this hotel was the train that comes by every morning right outside your window honking its horn, but that honestly was the only downside. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows, and there was lots of pillows on the bed which was perfect. I will gladly stay in this hotel again, and recommend it to anyone!!

Rooms are very clean with upgraded furniture. Very nice staff. One of the few places I’ve been to lately where they still have maid service. Minutes away from great fishing, clamming and crabbing.

We arrived to find that the hot water heater had quit working; the hotel manager was quite apologetic and gave us the option to cancel without penalty. We opted to stay and are glad we did. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff (the manager in particular) were super friendly and helpful, including waiving the pet fee for our two little pugs. She even gave us some tips and suggestions for crabbing which was our main reason for visiting Garibaldi this weekend. And, by morning, the hot water problem was fixed! We will definitely stay here again.

Toliet tissue holder kept falling down sink did not drain well.First time we stayed on lower floor guests above us came in at 12:45 am and u could hear the walking and dragging suitcases.The hotel cannot control the guests arrival but it’s not good for lower floors as being woke up is not good.Definitely stay on 2nd floor as noise is a factor.Staff is great clean room.
