First room had broken security (?) lock, no remote for tv, and non working phone. We asked to be moved to another room. Second room had a broken control in shower. When I tried to turn it on, it came apart in my hand! I was going to a memorial internment service for my mom and had to go un showered!! When I brought the broken shower control to the desk while checking out, I was told they could not compensate me because I had used an online service to book the reservation!!! I’m rethinking my use of Trip.com for future bookings!!!
