for the Dollars this was totally acceptable. No complaints. Slept well bed was ok not the best but have slept on worse for more $. Room was tidy and clean enough no complaints. Very good location we just walked to the leagues club for dinner. Great friendly staff, booking in was a breeze. Would stay again no problems

The room was tidy but the bathroom area was filthy, very heavy mould around the shower door.
We were advised it was hard to clean. Someone did come back and made a half hearted effort to clean.
Most of the horizontal surfaces had coffee or tea cup stains and the first piece of cutlery we pulled out of the drawer has not been washed properly.
We had to stay another night but did not extend our stay. We moved out to a clean and tidy hotel not far from this one. Yes it was budget accommodation but there is no excuse for this sort of presentation. They have a we do not care attitude

I loved staying here. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. There is nothing I didn't like about staying here and will definitely stay here again.

The room was old and in need a good vacuum around window sill and under and around bedside tables for a start . The cups and cutlery were stained and i washed and scolded with boiling water. The shower screen frame were the door folded back was black with mold .the toilet bowl had black staining . The taps all leaked and if this hotel is trying to be water conservative im sure i dont know where . Even if a bottle of bleach and sine gumption were in the cleaning staff kit it might help. I could go on but wont. .i will say the sheets and towels were clean , however didnt look pillows or matress I dint know how this hotel has got 7 stars . Was glad to leave, i sorry to say

Handy location for our needs. Very friendly hosts who were most helpful and obliging. Comfortable bed. Quiet considering it's on a busy street.
