The hotel itself was clean, and the whirlpool in our room was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful (they get 5 stars). The hot breakfast was very nice. It included biscuits, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and more. However, the room itself was just not worth the almost $200 we paid for 1 night.

I made my reservation for a (2) queen bedroom weeks prior to arrival. After checking in i went to room to find it was a (1) king bedroom. I addressed this with front dest immediately. Lady at front desk stated no (2) bed rooms were available. I asked her why didn’t she tell me that at check in or someone call me prior. She shrugged her shoulders lacking concern. I was sharing this room with a coworker that complained all weekend about how uncomfortable the pull out couch was. I will NEVER stay her again.

No tv service. They use Roku. No one could tell to use it. Parking was terrible.

Overall the stay went well. Couple issues. Elevator was out of order at first, but that happens sometimes. The bathroom sink was draining slowing, should be an easy fix. Thanks
