The room is kind of outdated, not modern look but the room is clean. Great location, we will definitely be booking this place again.,

Very smooth check-in process. Front desk checked my door closure the moment I asked. Very clean room. Allowed me to park my motorcycle at the curb near the door for protection from the weather. Very positive experience!

The outside of hotel is old and outdated. The inside is remodeled, clean and nice. Had a very nice breakfast.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, freeway noise a little loud

Goid breakfast options, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We have been here 6 days and no maid service to remove trash and get fresh towels.

I just want to say I never stay in a hotel, that when you come out of your room for breakfast. That staff see you and know that you are staying there. When my husband and I gotten our breakfast and went back to our room the key didn’t open the door. So my husband went to the front to get the key recoded. The staff said she couldn’t recoded the keep without our ID. She knows that we are staying there she was the night audit, and she spoke to us when we came in the night before. All I belongs was in the room so we were lock out the room and she wouldn’t let us back in our room. My husband told her the room number and told her his first and last name she look in the computer saw that he wasn’t lying . That’s was good enough for her she told us we had to wait on her manager before can get back in the room. My husband and I were very upset in the service that we were given. I told her that I never had to in an hotel where I needed to always have my ID on me. We only came out the room to get breakfast and couldn’t get back in the room until the manager came. The manager walk up and said rekey the key they’re guess here. We took these two days stay for our anniversary and to get away because our daughter passed last month and we just wanted to get away. This was not a good hotel stay and we will never go back to the place again. This was a very hurtful experience.

We felt the service and the entire staff was professional and the facility and rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had never stayed here before, but we will certainly return in the future, as we have family in the area and visit on occasion.

This was perhaps our 10th stay at this property. It serves our purposes quite well. Not fancy, but everything is as it should be, and it is very convenient. My only complaint in all of our stays is about some of the guests last night, who were very loud indeed, slamming doors whenever possible. But this only went on for perhaps 10 minutes and everything was fine there after.
