The Cove at Rockport

A lovely place to stay. Location is within walking distance of popular shops and restaurants. The updated decor is lovely with calming colors in ocean and beach tones. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on an upper floor, you will need to be able to handle the stairs.

Beautiful room, fantastic ocean view, and a balcony! If only the weather cooperated! Regardless, the hotel was perfect and a great location - Rockport was amazing and just a close ride from Gloucester. Would go back!

Hotel was clean,new and beautiful.Totally automated so no one to hep you in person.Many small details missing.No wine opener,no glasses for a beverage.Allergy season no Kleenex!Would be perfect if these were present and a person was there to welcome you and check in with your needs

The cove set my new standard for cleanliness expectations. The hotel was newly renovated and immaculate throughout the entire property. Great location right on the water, breathtaking views from the room and communal deck and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Higlhy reccomend for solo, couple or families traveling to rockport. They also have a great selection of complimentary snacks and drinks available 24/7 in the lobby, which was very convenient!

Parking was easy. Room was clean. Yes, there was a beach view but pur room was same level as patio so we kept curtain closed for our entire stay for privacy. Bed was very comfortable. Fine choice for off season but would not want this room in warm weather as no privacy once folks are on the patio. Door needs some work as door jam loose so needed to pull to engage unlock mechanism. Could use another mirror & hooks for towels. Also place for toiletries would is needed. Believe they may have been still renovating room as these were missing & paintings were on floor not wall. Staff was great, hot our door open & showed us how to open & removed paintings not hung yet for our stay. Great room if not planning to be in it other yhan to sleep.

Lovely property, close to the ocean, responsive staff, very clean, wonderful mattress. Fantastic housekeeping. Again, responsive staff. Would definitely stay again.

Never saw any staff so can't answer that. My only complaint about the room is that the bed is WAY too high. It was difficult for me to get on it. Honestly... if I'd known the bed was that high I might not have taken the room. I can't understand why motels have beds like that. Do they not consider that all people are not tall enough for them?

Property was as described. Great location, was there off season so a lot was closed in the area. Staff was very nice walking us to our room because it was a little hard to find.

Clean, quiet, great location. Only issue was the bathroom door didn’t open from the inside.
