Charming Home Minutes from Downtown Rockville

The host did a great job communicating with us beforehand & preparing the house. It was very clean and had more supplies than typical. Electronic door lock worked flawlessly throughout the 11 days. We felt the neighborhood safe & quiet (hardly noticing train passing by). Short walk to Metro made easy trips to DC. Despite first floor AC being loud, we enjoyed the comfortable indoor temperature, and grandkids had fun with their “sleepover” treat. We had a great time visiting family nearby & great food choices around. Thank you!

Thoughtfulness of providing all the home necessities in the property was awesome It was truly a home away from home and more. Hopefully we can come back again to enjoy more of what we missed from this trip. I am more than happy to leave a review with 5 stars. We loved our 4 nights stay.

Clean house 7 minute walk to the metro, for a 25 minute metro ride into DC. The host responds quickly to questions and is helpful. Not all of the burners on the stove work, but we were still able to cook what we needed. Could not turn the propane tank off on the gas grill, it is stuck on. Decent and quiet neighborhood, the house next door has a dumpy yard/car parked in front with plastic covering a window, but we did feel safe inside and walking around. There is a deck in the back yard great to eat outdoors or just relax at. Unsure which cans are for trash and which are for recycle, if it’s marked I did not see it.

Great house in an excellent location. The property was wonderful and the host was extremely accommodating!! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town

The location was a very convenient home base for our travels in the DC area, and being able to walk to the metro was very nice.

The hosts were very responsive with any issues. The house met all our needs for a 2 weeks stay. The back yard is wonderful and neighborhood is close to a lot to do!

The house was very clean. Nice location and neighborhood. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions on what to see in the area and leaving some staples in the house for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.
